Jeff Balfe
Principal
Jeff believes the best lessons come from humility, accountability, and hard work. Over the past fifteen years, he has worked his way up in the facilities and construction industry — from entry-level roles to leading national projects and teams — earning each step through perseverance and ownership.
His career reflects a commitment to solving problems, supporting clients, and taking responsibility for every result.
As a principal Jeff helped to build Keystone Solutions Group on a straightforward vision: deliver reliable solutions, take accountability for every outcome, and earn trust through results.
Kevin Remmey
Principal
Kevin’s career is rooted in persistence, performance, and relationships. With over a decade in sales and business development in the facilities and construction industry, he’s built his reputation by being customer centric and solution-driven.
He’s led national-level rollout programs, secured recurring capital project work, and helped establish longstanding client relationships through a simple formula — earn trust, deliver results, and keep showing up. His work has directly contributed to multi-million-dollar revenue growth across multiple sectors including retail, convenience stores, restaurants, medical, automotive, self-storage and logistics.
As a principal, Kevin is driven by the belief that accountability, honesty, and a commitment to building lasting partnerships will always outperform sales pitches.
